Returns

Full refunds on textbooks will be allowed during the first 10 school days of the Fall and Spring semesters and during the first 5 days of the Summer semester and short term courses, if they meet the following conditions:

  • ALL RETURNS must be accompanied by a CURRENT REGISTER RECEIPT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • New textbooks must be returned in new condition (original packaging). We reserve the right to judge the condition of returned items.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given to any special package textbooks with access codes, disks, recorded cassettes, or with additional text materials. NO REFUNDS on access codes, kits and study-aids.
  • Purchases will be refunded to original form of payment.
Clothing and Supplies:

  • NO REFUNDS
